This campaign / lucky draw is organized by Landom Distribution Pte Ltd. Participation in this campaign / lucky draw constitutes acceptance to these Terms and Conditions.

Duration:
1. The campaign / lucky draw period is valid from 18th March 2022, till 18th April 2022.
2. All participation outside the campaign / lucky draw period will be disqualified.

Eligibility:
1. This campaign / lucky draw is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and foreigners residing in Singapore.
2. Employees and the families of the organizer and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in this campaign / lucky draw.
3. Participants must be aged eighteen (18) years and above to enter.
4. Purchase a minimum of two (2) boxes of Cleodite hair dye or Yanagiya Hair Product at any participating FairPrice stores island wide in one single receipt. One receipt equals to one lucky draw chance only.

Prizes:
90 winners will be selected at random for the grand prize of one pair of Yunomori Onsen Adult Day Pass (worth S81.32 W/GST).

Entries:
1. Only entries sent in via the Form will be considered for the lucky draw. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be automatically disqualified.
2. Entry is valid only for purchases made within the campaign / lucky draw period from 18th March till 18th April 2022.

Others:
1. The lucky draw will be held on 21st April 2022 at 31 Jurong Port Road Jurong Logistic Hub #05-12 Singapore 619115 or by such other method in consideration of any legally required social distancing measures or such other rules and regulations applicable from time to time.
2. Winners will be notified by email or phone call within a week after the campaign / lucky draw has ended. If a winner refuses to accept the prize or fail to respond within the stipulated time, a new winner may be selected at the organizer’s own discretion.
3. The decision of the organizer is final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
4. All prizes won must be accepted as rewarded and are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
5. The organizer reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the prizes with items of equivalent value where deemed necessary without prior notice.
6. Acceptance of any prizes shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, image and/or likeness by the organizer for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any payment or compensation except where prohibited by law.
7. The organizer reserves the rights to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
